Wave Enterprises Custom Critical is expanding its fleet and hiring professional CDL-A Team Drivers for OTR opportunities with consistent freight, high miles, and strong earning potential.
PAY & EARNINGS
Guaranteed minimum of $2,000 per week per driver when available for dispatch.
Drivers also earn bonus CPM on all miles over 5,000 miles per week:
• Week 1 OTR: $0.90 CPM Split
• Week 2 OTR: $0.94 CPM Split
• Week 3 OTR: $0.98 CPM Split
CPM continues increasing the longer you stay out.
This position is ideal for teams who want to maximize miles and earning potential by staying on the road for extended periods.

- Valid Class A CDL
- Hazmat Endorsement Required
- Doubles Endorsement Preferred
- Minimum Age 21
Experience Requirements
- 1 Year Verifiable Tractor-Trailer Experience Within the Last 3 Years, OR
- 5 Years Experience Within the Last 10 Years, OR
- 6 Months Experience from a FedEx-Approved Driving School
- Must Meet All DOT Requirements
- Clean Driving Record
