Who We Are

UCEP.co is the nation’s first and only job board built exclusively for FedEx contractor driver recruitment. Founded by an active FedEx contractor and a current FedEx linehaul driver, UCEP combines real-world FedEx expertise with modern recruitment technology.

Our mission is to make the hiring process faster, more reliable, and results driven. It was built by FedEx insiders for FedEx contractors.


The Challenge We Solve

Across the U.S., there are thousands of independent FedEx ISPs and linehaul contractors. Each is responsible for its own recruiting. There is no central service or official system where drivers can find every opportunity in one place.

This leaves contractors struggling to fill roles and drivers chasing scattered postings across multiple platforms.

UCEP.co changes that.

For the first time, ISPs and drivers have a single platform designed specifically for FedEx contractor jobs. Verified, organized, and built for this industry alone.


What We Do

Every account on UCEP.co goes through manual approval to ensure authenticity:

  • Drivers → Profiles are verified before they can apply.
  • Verified drivers (with an active FedEx badge) can apply directly to jobs.
  • New drivers (without a badge) are routed to recruiters who guide them through qualification.
  • Contractors and Recruiters → All employer accounts are individually reviewed and approved by our team to prevent spam and ensure that only legitimate FedEx opportunities are posted.

We currently support two main types of FedEx contractor driving positions:

  • Linehaul (CDL Class A): Solo, team, and doubles.
  • Pickup & Delivery (P&D): Local routes (step vans, box trucks, and cargo vans; non-CDL roles).
