UCEP.co is a job board that connects professional drivers with transportation Service Providers operating within major parcel and logistics networks across the United States.
Founded by an active transportation operator and a current linehaul driver, UCEP was built by people who understand the challenges of hiring qualified drivers and finding legitimate driving opportunities.
Our goal is simple: make hiring faster and make opportunities easier to find.
The Problem
Across the country, thousands of independent transportation Service Providers are responsible for recruiting their own drivers. Yet there has never been a single place where drivers can easily discover these opportunities.
As a result:

Types of Driving Opportunities
UCEP currently supports two primary categories of positions:
Linehaul (CDL Class A)
Hub-to-hub and long-distance routes including solo, team, and doubles operations.
Pickup and Delivery (P&D)
Local routes including step vans, box trucks, and cargo vans, many of which are non-CDL roles.
