KSB Ventures Inc is a proud FedEx Ground contractor committed to safety, teamwork, and treating employees with respect. We provide the tools, training, and support you need to succeed. Our terminal is located at 6850 Weber Blvd, Ladson, SC 29456.

Pay & Benefits

$160/day after training (60-day pay review with opportunity for increase)
$120/day paid training
Weekly pay
Performance incentives & annual raises

Schedule & Hours

Full-time
5-day work week (Saturday & Sunday included)
8:30 AM until route completion

What Youll Do

Safely operate a FedEx Delivery Driver vehicle
Perform pre/post-trip inspections
Load, scan, and deliver packages accurately
Use GPS to navigate delivery routes
Provide excellent customer service

What You Need

Age 21 or older
Valid driver's license
Clean Motor Vehicle Report
Must be willing to submit to a background check, MVR review, drug test, and DOT physical (employer paid)
Live within 45 minutes of the terminal
No CDL required
