Now Hiring: Team CDL-A Drivers (OTR)

FedEx Ground Contractor

We are currently seeking full-time and part-time Class A CDL team drivers to run Over-the-Road routes for FedEx Ground. All lanes are OTR positions covering the continental United States.

Please note: This position is strictly for OTR team drivers. Applicants seeking local routes or solo positions are not encouraged to apply.

Compensation

Competitive pay up to $0.85 per mile (team)
Weekly pay via direct deposit (W-2 employee status)

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL and current Medical Card
Clean driving record with no major accidents
Willingness to operate in all 48 contiguous states
Ability to lift and move equipment such as mud flaps, dollies, and winches
Ability to hook and connect double trailers and 53-foot trailers
Willing to train for Doubles Endorsement
Ability to log Hours of Service using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) and paper logs when required
Must pass a third-party drug screening
Must be approved to work for FedEx Ground (completed during onboarding)
