Now Hiring: Team CDL-A Drivers (OTR)
FedEx Ground Contractor
We are currently seeking full-time and part-time Class A CDL team drivers to run Over-the-Road routes for FedEx Ground. All lanes are OTR positions covering the continental United States.

Please note: This position is strictly for OTR team drivers. Applicants seeking local routes or solo positions are not encouraged to apply.
Compensation
- Competitive pay up to $0.85 per mile (team)
- Weekly pay via direct deposit (W-2 employee status)
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL and current Medical Card
- Clean driving record with no major accidents
- Willingness to operate in all 48 contiguous states
- Ability to lift and move equipment such as mud flaps, dollies, and winches
- Ability to hook and connect double trailers and 53-foot trailers
- Willing to train for Doubles Endorsement
- Ability to log Hours of Service using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) and paper logs when required
- Must pass a third-party drug screening
- Must be approved to work for FedEx Ground (completed during onboarding)
