Route Details:
- Schedule Options:
- Full-Time: Tuesday–Saturday
- 3-6 hours home-daily for driver reset
- Shift Details:
- Lane Type: Undedicated – routes vary weekly based on freight needs
- Flexibility Required: Drivers must be comfortable with varying lane assignments.
- Average Weekly Miles: 4,500-5,000 per team

Minimum CDL A Truck Driver Qualifications include:
- Class A Commercial Driver’s License
- Valid work history for the past 10 years
- At least 21 years of age
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
- Doubles Endorsement Required
- Must have at least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years, 5 years of experience within the last 10 years, or 6 months of experience with a FedEx-approved driving school
- Must be able to pass DOT physical, pre-employment background, and drug screen
- No revoked or suspended license, DUI, DWI, or reckless driving violations.
- MVR: no more than two moving violations in the last 36 months
