YOUR NIGHTLY ROUTINE:
● Commute against traffic to the Gaithersburg FedEx Ground Hub.
● Hook your solo set of doubles (we will train you if you’re new to pups!).
● Run clean terminal-to-terminal highway loops, drop your trailers, hook your return set, and roll back.
● Maintain clean electronic logs (ELD) and communicate smoothly with dispatch.
WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY:
● License: Valid Class A CDL.
● Endorsement: Doubles/Triples endorsement (Or the willingness to get it—we will train you!).
● Experience: At least 1 year of verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
● Safety First: Clean MVR (driving record) and active registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
● Language: Must be able to read, write, and communicate cleanly in English with terminal dispatch.
