Hard Drive Express is seeking experienced CDL-A Team Drivers for dedicated open board routes based out of our Northampton, PA location. These are consistent, year-round OTR runs with steady miles every week.
Position Details
- Team OTR runs only
- Out 5 to 6 days per week
- Home 2 days each week
- Reset at home every week
- No local or solo runs available at this time
- Solo drivers welcome to apply, we can help match you with a co-driver
Equipment
- New 2025 to 2026 sleeper trucks
- Well maintained, late-model fleet
Compensation
- $0.84 per mile split for teams
- Increase to $0.86 per mile split after 6 months
- Increase to $0.88 per mile split after 1 year
- Average 4,600 to 5,600 miles per week depending on season
- W-2 employment only, no 1099 positions

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience within the last 3 years
- Doubles Endorsement required at time of hire
- Clean driving record
- Ability to meet all DOT requirements, including passing a DOT drug screening
