UCEP is a hiring platform built exclusively for FedEx Independent Service Providers (ISPs) and the drivers who work with them.


Is UCEP affiliated with FedEx?

No. UCEP is an independent platform and is not owned by, affiliated with, or endorsed by FedEx Corporation.


Is UCEP a recruiting agency?

No. UCEP is a job board publishing openings within the FedEx contractor ecosystem. It does not place drivers, charge placement fees, or participate in hiring outcomes.


Who is hiring for jobs on UCEP?

Jobs on UCEP are posted by FedEx Independent Service Providers and approved recruiting partners working on their behalf.


Do I need a FedEx badge to apply?

No. Drivers with an active FedEx badge may apply directly. Drivers without a badge or prior FedEx experience may still apply if the contractor accepts non-badge applicants.


What types of jobs are posted on UCEP?

UCEP lists FedEx contractor driving roles only, including Linehaul (CDL Class A) and Pickup & Delivery (P&D) positions.


Does it cost drivers anything to use UCEP?

No. UCEP is free for drivers to create a profile and apply for jobs.


How do you verify drivers?

Driver profiles are verified and re-verified every 90 days to help maintain accuracy and quality.


How do you verify employers and recruiters?

All contractors and recruiters are manually reviewed and approved before they can post jobs.


How much does it cost to post a job?

UCEP offers a free 7-day trial, followed by two pricing options:

  • Single Job Posting: $99 for 30 days
  • Annual Plan: $365 per year
  • All job postings include automatic distribution to Google Jobs at no additional cost.

How does UCEP reduce unqualified applications?

Only verified drivers can apply, and profiles are regularly re-validated to help ensure relevance.


Can contractors promote their jobs or company?

Yes. Optional upgrades include Featured Employer branding, pinned jobs, and highlighted listings.


Who can see my driver information?

Only the specific contractor or recruiter you apply to can see your information.


When is my information shared?

Your information is shared only when you voluntarily apply to an open position.


Does UCEP sell or share driver data?

No. UCEP does not sell, license, or share driver information with third parties.


How is driver data used?

Driver data is used solely to support direct connections between drivers and verified FedEx Independent Service Providers on the platform.
