A: Yes. Verified drivers with an active FedEx badge can apply directly to jobs. If you do not have a badge yet, your profile will be routed to a recruiter who will help guide you through the qualification process.

Q: What kinds of jobs are available on UCEP.co?

A: We support two main FedEx ISP driving positions:

• Linehaul (CDL Class A): Solo, Team, and Doubles runs.
• Pickup & Delivery (P&D): Local routes using step vans, box trucks, or cargo vans (non-CDL).

Q: How do you make sure the jobs are legitimate?

A: Every contractor and recruiter account is manually reviewed before being approved. Fake or spam postings are not allowed. Driver accounts are also re-verified every 90 days.

Q: Does UCEP cost anything for drivers?

A: No. UCEP is free for drivers to join, create a profile, and apply for jobs.

Q: Can I apply if I am new and don’t have FedEx experience yet?

A: Yes. If you do not have FedEx experience or an active badge, your application will be routed to a recruiter who will assist you with the qualification process.

Q: How do you prevent spam applications?

A: Every driver profile is manually verified before they can apply. Drivers must confirm their FedEx badge status or work with a recruiter to complete qualifications. Contractors and recruiters are also individually reviewed before posting.

Q: Can I feature my company or specific jobs?

A: Yes. Premium job ads include sitewide Featured Employer branding, highlighted styling, and pinned placement in search results. Subscription plans also provide ongoing visibility and automated reposting.

Q: Is UCEP affiliated with FedEx?

A: No. UCEP.co is an independent platform created by FedEx contractors and drivers. We are not owned by, affiliated with, or endorsed by FedEx Corporation.

Q: Why should I use UCEP instead of Indeed or LinkedIn?
